Join the world's longest immersed tunnel project as a Barge Master. One steady rotational position and one temporary position available.

Function description

• Operate and manage barge operations in compliance with maritime regulations and company standards.
• Ensure safety, environmental protection, and optimal vessel performance.
• Coordinate sea and port operations, maintenance schedules, and crew planning.
• Act as a key communicator between ship and office, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Participate in HSE planning and operational meetings to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Valid Master license (with/without limitations).
• Minimum 8 years of offshore construction experience (heavy lift, dredgers, offshore vessels).
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with computer-based maintenance systems.
• Completion of all mandatory certifications and training.
