DG BOSS: Wait Staff (FN)
- Prepares dining room for service (napkins, condiments, etc)
- Prepares back-up items such as butter, ice, coffee, fruits and juices
- Perform side work as assigned to include cleaning and restocking supplies
- Must become familiar with the menu, be able to offer suggestions and selections from guests and turn in order to the kitchen for preparation
- Supports a variety of special functions which
- May be required to move tables and chairs
- May be assigned occasional cashier/checker duties
- Must possess ability to greet the public and be skilled in proper food
- May be required to work split or rotate shifts, and/or uncommon hours duty hours to include holidays and weekends and excess hours
- Employees must wear appropriate uniforms, and safety/sanitation equipment.
- Keeps uniforms, and work area clean and neat at all times.
- Maintains highest standards of sanitation at all times and in all locations
- Ensure labeling and dating of all consumable items in front of the line
- Strictly adheres to FIFO method when using stock
- Must be familiar and proficient in working all MWR dining outlets
Basic Qualifications:
- Must speak, read, and understand English language at a high level of comprehension.
- Must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health.

- Food Handler Certificate
- ServSafe Food Handler Certificate
- ServSafe Alcohol Permit
- Adult First Aid, CPR and AED Training Certificate
- Star Service Training Certificate
- Cash handling Training
EDUCATION:
- High school graduate or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of and maintain high standards of sanitation, courtesy and expeditious service.
