What You'll Do
- Plan & Schedule: Coordinate site inspections, daily job schedules, crews, and rig assignments.
- Logistics & Materials: Order, track, and distribute inventory, materials, and equipment; set up rentals as needed.
- Field Support: Provide drillers with necessary paperwork, attend job site meetings, and troubleshoot issues (restrictions, breakdowns, materials, etc.).
- Compliance & Documentation: Prepare safety documents (AHA/JHA), clearance paperwork, certifications, and maintain required job forms.
- Progress Tracking: Communicate with crews daily, track progress, and maintain detailed daily logs to support accurate billing.
- Travel & Operations: Arrange hotels/travel for crews; assist with permitting, inspections, and DOT compliance.
- Equipment Oversight: Coordinate maintenance, order parts, and assist in acquiring new equipment to keep rigs and operations in top condition.
What We're Looking For
- Experience:
- CDL Class A license preferred (clean driving record required).
- 3+ years of road experience.
- Familiarity with large-diameter construction drilling, inside elevator jack hole drilling, air hammers, and auger rigs.
- Physical Readiness: Able to lift heavy materials (with help/equipment), work outdoors, and travel as needed.
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities, deadline-driven, able to work independently and in a team.
- Education: High School Diploma required.
- Other: Must pass drug screen and background check; maintain CDL logs for DOT compliance.
