GE Aerospace has an advanced engineering center located in İstanbul, Kartal, complemented by cutting-edge laboratories in Kocaeli and Gebze. Our offices in İstanbul and Ankara provide essential support to commercial and defense engines across the country. Our highly skilled engineers at the Türkiye Technology Center contribute to GE Aerospace's engineering work on indigenous programs, new engine programs, software development, and additive manufacturing, supporting the country's position as an advanced aerospace hub. Role Overview:
• Update and administer employee and recruitment databases
• Assist with recruiting, on-boarding process and various employee events
• Have the opportunity to work on exciting projects on talent management and employee experience
• Assist with design, development, implementation and evaluation of various HR Programs
• Drive improved employee engagement and brand awareness,
• System updates & documentation
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a dynamic student with excellent English skills, strong communication abilities, and a genuine interest in HR, ready to contribute to talent management projects and drive excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor 3/4 , Master/ PhD. student with related field
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
• Min 3-4 days availability per week
Preferred Qualifications:
• A genuine interest in Human Resources Management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
• Energy and commitment to drive the excellence positively
