We are currently seeking a Vendor Performance Coordinator II, to join our team based in Barcelona.

About the role:

The Vendor Performance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of suppliers to ensure project requirements are met. They collaborate closely with procurement, engineering, and project teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining strong relationships with key vendors. The coordinator plays a vital part in ensuring suppliers adhere to quality, safety, and delivery standards, ultimately supporting the successful execution of projects. Their efforts help optimize supply chain efficiency and foster continuous improvement in vendor relationships.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supplier management, performance monitoring, or similar roles.
- Knowledge of supplier evaluation processes and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, multicultural environments.
