Are you passionate about marine technology and enjoy solving technical challenges in the field? We're seeking a proactive and skilled Field Service Engineer!

This role offers hands-on involvement in maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of advanced marine systems.

Function description

• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on marine engines.
• Lead and support service technicians during commissioning, performance testing, and root cause analysis.
• Conduct vibration measurements and analysis to support preventive maintenance strategies.
• Install, implement, and resolve issues related to field services.
• Execute tasks and sub-projects independently or as part of a team.
• Provide operational support throughout various project phases.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards during all service activities.
• Identify spare parts requirements and contribute to maintenance planning.
• Analyze service data and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marine Engineer or Field Service Technician.
• Solid understanding of electronic and pneumatic systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Comfortable working under time constraints with a customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe (valid driver's license and passport required).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Based in the Antwerp region with access to personal transport.
