Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable sales pipeline growth. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role responsible for building and optimizing campaigns that target healthcare provider organizations. You will partner closely with sales, leadership, and customer success to design, launch, and optimize demand generation strategies. Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, digital, content syndication, events, social, ABM).
    • Drive lead acquisition, nurturing, and pipeline conversion.
    • Build and optimize nurture programs to engage healthcare provider prospects.
    • Lead Provider1st's presence at industry conferences and maximize ROI from events.
    • Own HubSpot campaign execution, reporting, and dashboards.
    • Partner with sales to ensure lead quality, follow-up, and pipeline efficiency.
    • With proven success, expand scope to into other Marketing priorities/functions

Requirements

Requirements
    • 5+ years in demand generation or B2B marketing (healthcare provider preferred).
    • Bias towards execution and owning the end-to-end process
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
    • Proven ability to deliver measurable pipeline growth.
    • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot (CRM + marketing automation).
    • Strong analytics, attribution, and reporting skills.
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.

Nice to Have
  • Experience working in the Release of Information (ROI) space or with healthcare providers
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, compliance-based marketing, and payer/provider dynamics
  • Event marketing or field marketing experience for healthcare conferences
