Performs a variety of Heating Ventilation and Air-Conditioning services as related to installation, maintenance, and repair in and around the buildings of the hospital complex. Routinely trouble shoots and repairs electrical pneumatic and plumbing components of HVACR systems and sub-systems. Responsible for documentation of work orders and scheduled maintenance as it pertains to Life Safety and other regulatory agencies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely completion of work orders, Preventative Maintenance, Logs, Performance testing and other documentation
• Remove snow and ice.
• Reports, trouble shoots, replaces, and calibrates sensors and controls of the Buildings Management System
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment and all associated electrical, pneumatic, hot water and stea
  
  m sub-systems.
• Accurately requisition materials, maintains files and records. Record time and material expended.
• Assist other trades as appropriate or assigned by management.
• Maintain and repair mechanical systems.
• Maintain a clean safe work environment, including storage and shop areas.
• Responsible for operation of Buildings Management System to control HVAC and other integrated systems and alarms.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in HVAC or related field.
• 3 years experience in HVAC and refrigeration experience preferably in a hospital or service repair field environment.
  
  Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
• Stationary engineers License within 6 months of start date
• Stationary Engineer
• Universal Resource Recovery Certification
• Driver's License
• Clearances with renewal
