Your Role and Responsibilities
Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and ensuring world-class quality in production environments? We are looking for a Quality & Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team and lead quality initiatives on the production floor using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
In this role, you will be instrumental in coaching and supporting our Quality Coordinators (Blue Collar) in their day-to-day quality and deviation management efforts. You will act as a mentor in smaller DMAIC projects, ensuring structured problem-solving and sustainable improvements. A significant part of your time will be spent on-site in production, maintaining a visual and up-to-date understanding of ongoing quality deviations and ensuring effective follow-up. You will also take the lead on escalated issues such as delivery stops and support root cause analysis and deviation reduction through data-driven actions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop Quality Coordinators in their quality and deviation work, using Lean Six Sigma tools and mindset.
- Support and mentor small-scale DMAIC projects in collaboration with Quality Coordinators and support functions.
- Lead own DMAIC improvement projects within production when needed, involving relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure a strong presence in production to monitor quality deviations, lead escalations, and drive follow-up actions.
Qualifications for the role
- Structured, solution-oriented, and driven by continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Experience in leading and motivating production personnel, preferably in a role such as project manager, team leader, or supervisor.
- Practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology, with experience applying the DMAIC framework to problem-solving and improvements (Green Belt or higher preferred).
- Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
- University degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- Calm, methodical, and organized personality with a strong interest in process optimization and root cause analysis.
- Fluent in Swedish and comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.
- Full-time on-site presence required, with some flexibility possible in agreement with the assignment manager.
