Overview:

The Demand Generation Manager, North America is responsible for the selection, planning and execution of demand generation programs in the North America market. Working under the VP of Marketing, they will need to possess effective leadership, communication, collaboration, and project management skills. They will be asked to interface directly with a cross-functional group of internal and external stakeholders, vendors, partners, prospects, and customers and produce engaging experiences which capture prospect interest, promote our brand, and accelerate sales activities. Success will be measured by the performance of the demand generation campaigns they execute, as well as the general level of professionalism, their leadership ability, and team first mentality.

Key Outcomes:

90 Days:
  • Gain Xurrent product expertise demonstrated by internal certification.
  • Internalize Xurrent's messaging and positioning framework, Ideal Customer Profile, persona based value propositions, and other key product marketing content.
  • Complete 1:1 interviews with all sales team members who have territories in the regions supported. Understand their perspectives on our customers' and partners', as well as their perspective on the value of our demand generation program portfolio.
  • Shadow SDR's and sit in on 5 SDR led qualification calls.
  • Obtain a working knowledge of Hubspot marketing automation system, and demonstrate the ability to follow internal best practices when uploading lists, building dynamic and static lists, creating emails, creating reports, and conducting basic performance analysis.
  • Obtain working knowledge of Salesforce CRM system. Include the ability to create campaigns, add leads and contacts to campaigns, and create reports.
  • Develop best practices documentation for Xurrent's event marketing including, event production methods and process, and pre, during, and post promotion tactics.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our content inventory, and what content is appropriate for what uses and its past performance.
  • Produce accurate program result forecasts based on informed and data driven understanding of Xurrent programs and audience.
  • Internalize Xurrent's lead and opportunity generation process, make recommendations for optimizations.

6 months:
  • Gain expert level knowledge of the product features, use cases and customer types in all aspects.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable contract terms.
  • Foster productive and open relationships with members of SDR and sales team in supported territories.
  • Be a force for innovation and improvement across content production and demand generation channels.
  • Proactively and professionally coordinate cross-functional groups necessary for demand generation program execution, such as vendors, creatives, sales people, SDR's and other 4me team members.
  • Show tight alignment with individual sales reps in supported territories.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the selection, planning, and execution of Xurrent's North America demand generation programs.
  • Partner with North America sales team to build alignment and increase sales productivity.
  • Lead the planning, production, and logistical support of company hosted and sponsored events.
  • Travel to events and execute Xurrent's on-site event marketing plan.
  • Proactively and professionally coordinate individuals such as vendors, partners, creatives, sales people, SDRs and other Xurrent team members, and others necessary for demand generation program execution.
  • Practice effective contract, invoice, and budget management.
  • Contribute to the refinement of marketing and sales collateral, such as brochures, whitepapers, and presentations.
  • Use Xurrent's marketing automation system to perform basic tasks such as building and loading lists, creating emails and reports, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Generally support all Xurrent marketing initiatives and programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B demand generation, preferably in the software or ITSM industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of demand generation strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a track record of innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
