Role
We're hiring an HVAC Service Manager to run day-to-day service operations-scheduling techs, communicating with customers, and ensuring jobs are done right and on time.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and dispatch service techs for PMs, emergencies, and repairs
• Be the main point of contact for customers (updates, follow-ups, problem-solving)
• Review tech reports, photos, and hours for accuracy and billing
• Work with the office team on quotes, invoices, and service reports
• Keep service operations running smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in HVAC service coordination, dispatch, or a related office-based role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems (field experience is a plus)
• Experience with scheduling software, field management software & QuickBook
