This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:
Senior Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

The work model for the role is: onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Develop a new robotic solution for electronics applications together with a team of engineers
• Collect and analyze customer requirements and provide a technical and experienced engineering solution
• Initiatively develop and maintain the customer relationship from the technical side
• Ensure that design and engineering are in accordance with applicable codes, standards, practices, and contractual requirements
• Prepare the technical presentations and present to the customer and the team
• Prepare all documents for production and delivery related to the project
• Supervising supplier for mechanical components manufacturing, assembly, and testing

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• • Minimum bachelor's degree in industrial automation/mechanical engineering
  • Proficient in SolidWorks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in consumer electronics automation, in particular, robot-related.
  • With high flexibility and working hard, can work under pressure
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Work independently
  • Excellent at reading and expressing technical solutions in English
  • Customer-oriented preferred
