About the rolePermanent role based at our Dubbo quarryMonday to Friday roster with genuine overtime potential (Saturdays as required)Multi faceted operation which will provide exposure to a variety of processesDay to day operation of heavy mobile equipment with on the job training to maximise safety, quality & efficiency performancePart of a close knit team with a supportive cultureGenuine opportunities for personal and professional growth within an industry leading construction materials company Reporting to the quarry production supervisor, the candidate will follow our safe systems of work including hazard reporting & pre-inspection processes for each task. Daily activities can include a variety of tasks such as; heavy mobile equipment operation, operating and maintaining our processing plant and various ancillary blending plant operations, implementing compliance systems & undertaking weighbridge duties.With a range of internal and external training provided, we are committed to investing in the development and success of our people. About you:You will work within the quarry team to achieve operational goals such as processing quarry materials, general maintenance & upkeep of the site whilst maintaining a high standard of safety for yourself and others. Have a willingness to learn and support a range of quarry duties as part of the site team.
