Your role and responsibilities

Join our Global Sales Excellence team in the new Motion High Power (MOHP) division! We work with developing our Ways-of-Working to secure profitable growth and build key capabilities for the future. We are developing and implementing leading sales methodologies, competencies, tools, and processes, enabling our sales organization to deliver optimal customer satisfaction and sales performance.

In the role of Sales Excellence Manager, you will identify, develop and lead key initiatives across the global sales organization. You will enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness while streamlining operations, empowering our frontline teams to perform at their best. Working closely with our top management as well as local sales units, our work is instrumental in advancing our commercial agenda.

Under the guidance of the Global Head of Sales Excellence, you will be mainly responsible for:
  • Engaging the sales organization, analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights, identify pain points, and recommend improvements.
  • Leading and contributing to global and local initiatives from identification to execution, while partnering with key stakeholders to encourage collaboration, generate buy-in, and facilitate impactful change in behavior and results.
  • Acting as Business Process Owner for Customer and Opportunity Management and as Division Champion for Salesforce CRM, managing the development of Ways-of-Working to boost customer centricity and performance.
  • Documenting and institutionalizing best practices and Ways-of-Working through guidelines, training, and active support for global and local teams.


As a person you have a solid business understanding combined with a healthy balance between thinking and execution. You are methodical and can quickly understand business challenges and identify areas for improvement, set sound agile action plans based on reality, and execute and deliver in a collaborative cross-functional matrix environment.

You thrive in collaborating with multinational teams, quickly earning your colleagues' respect, across all levels, as a knowledgeable and responsive go-to person. You effectively manage stress and are inspired to launch projects, deriving satisfaction from collaborative efforts that lead to meaningful results.

The role is contributing to the Motion / High Power division globally and will report to the Global Head of Sales Excellence MOHP.

The work model for the role is: hybrid; #LI-Hybrid with Switzerland, Finland, Sweden Germany, or Poland as preferred locations.

Qualifications for the role
  • You hold a relevant university degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or IT.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of international commercial experience in sales, business development, or management consulting; experience in direct sales and business process improvement.
  • You bring practical experience with Salesforce CRM at an advanced level.
  • You exhibit proficient problem-solving skills and adept project management knowledge, as well as a cooperative spirit and the ability to function without supervision.
  • You have effective interpersonal skills that enable you to collaborate, lead, and motivate teams across functions, levels, and regions, without formal line management authority.
  • You are proficient in English, both written and spoken, and can communicate complex topics clearly and effectively.
