We are currently seeking an Associate Chief Manager - Compliance, reporting directly to HOD to join our team based in Mumbai/ Chennai/ Noida.

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage the responsibilities below.
1. Ensuring 100% compliance with the India business ( 4-5 Offices and 15 -20 Project sites) by developing a compliance framework covering HO. Yard and all project sites.
2. Person must have good experience of Payroll related all compliances, with understanding of all categories of wages, EPF (local & International), ESIC, Gratuity, and various other acts falling under payroll ( Payment of Wages, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Maternity, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare etc.
3. Ensure strong liaison with government agencies and compliance authorities to ensure all approvals and registrations are valid and in place in all India offices, project sites covered under the Shop Act, BOCW, & Factory Act and other acts applicable to Technip Energies India
4. Ensure all monthly, quarterly, and annual returns are submitted timely to the appropriate authorities to maintain full compliance, ensuring a compliance calendar (for 5 offices and project sites).
5. Person have good working experience under CLRA to deal with various compliance with all third parties manpower vendors.
6. Person should have strong compliance vendor network to deal with all India location and ensure compliance vendors are submitting all applicable compliances to their local authority and this person must be able to present a consolidated report to business
7. Person should have well versed with all level of Inspections under all the acts, should have experience managing critical inspections like PF-7A, ESIC, Shop Act, Factory Act & Project sites and dealing with local authorities and labour offices through local or India level compliance vendors.
8. Ensure that all compliance vendors in all locations are proactive and productive and keep T.EN updated on all the ongoing and upcoming compliance requirements for IOC (like new labor codes covering all 4 codes impacting business, POSH applicability, BOCW compliance, etc.).
9. Person must have good experience of facing all types of Audits ( Statutory, Payroll & employment related compliances ) by Internal, External & Global Auditors by Big 4s
10. Proactively ensuring all types of employees (FTC, third-party, inpats, expats, etc.) contracts and standard formats (all types of appointments, salary structures, standard letters and formats in terminations, service agreements, etc.) are fully compliant with the law applicable to India & International with the support of vendors ( Big 4, local Compliance Vendor etc.).
11. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) to develop smart compliance dashboards, PPTs (Bi-weekly & Monthly) to showcase all India compliance efforts and progress to business
12. Person having good knowledge in conducting investigations and manage terminations will be an added advantage.
13. Person having experience in managing new offices set up compliances, taking licesnses, approvals under Shop Act, BOCW & Factory Act will be an advantage for this role.
