As Intern - Procurement Fulfillment Analyst you will learn how the Sourcing is built and how we drive our operations with the Suppliers. You will contribute to the optimization of data-driven tools and processes within the Global Supply Chain through Data Analysis tools. You will report to the Lead Procurement Data Analyst and you will collaborate with the Procurement Team and Digital Team in order to learn how to relate with different departments.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Learn how we track the performances of our suppliers and how we drive our decision-making process through Data Analysis
• Assisting in the development of new analytical tools to improve Procurement operations
• Learn how to use the tools available on Dashboard that lead our decision-making process, supporting the requests for enhancement and bugs fixing on existing Dashboard in collaboration with IT Department
• Understand what the supply base in Avio Aero is and conduct the building of the data record to understand the % of usage of Supplier Portal by our Suppliers, monitoring actions progress with Commodities
• Learn how to use problem solving tools (5 Whys, Six Sigma) managing tickets associated to Dashboard, ensuring the issue is clear and that the corrective actions are on set

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Engineering, Math Engineering or Management Engineering
• Basic knowledge of Data analysis tools (e.g. Excel)
• Good knowledge of Office 365 Suite
• Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python, SQL, C)
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously
• Collaborative and proactive approach to work
• Can Do attitude, curiosity, and Teamwork oriented
• Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
