This Position reports to:
Project Sales Team Manager (부장)

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid

This role is contributing to the MOHP (Motion High Power) Division in South Korea. Main stakeholders are customers and channel partners of Drives products.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
  • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
  • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
  • Exploring and developing new channels and partners and driving performance through those relationships


Qualifications for the role
  • Over 7 years of sales experience in Drive Sales, including customer engagement and solution selling
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, and COG industries would be preferred
  • Extensive hands-on experience with medium-voltage drives is strongly preferred, especially in applications involving large motors and generators.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or any equivalent qualification.
  • Business-level proficiency in both verbal and written English, native proficiency in Korean.
