Job Title: Yard Project Construction Manager

Location: China (Tianjin/Qingdao)

Mission

• Ensure the execution of Project Fabrication production activities, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, making sure that safety, quality, time, cost and yields requirements are met

Tasks

• Participate to the coordination of production project activities in yard, ensuring correct information flow between Yard Project Managers and Production department
• Support Yard Project Managers in the identification of technical solutions
• Represent Production during interactions with client
• Participate to HSE initiatives involving client representatives in the yard
• Promote project safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety and quality standards are respected
• Participate in project planning and scheduling, liaising for this purpose with other organizations and functions involved in executing the project and assuring the most suitable solutions in terms of construction methods

Requirements:

• Operative experience as a Construction Manager for EPC company
• Topside fabrication/living quarters experience is highly desirable
• Ability to monitor progress, report on KPI in fabrication settings
