Salary range: £75,000 to £90,000 per annum

Location: Any Frazer-Nash Office Location, Burton-upon-Trent preferred.

Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home.

To support continued growth and uphold our reputation for trusted delivery into the naval nuclear industry -one of our largest and most strategic portfolios-we are seeking at least one Delivery Portfolio Lead to join the naval nuclear propulsion Portfolio.

The Delivery Portfolio Lead holds operational responsibility and leads the delivery governance function for all projects within their portfolio. The Delivery Portfolio Lead provides customer-focussed guidance on technical, project and campaign matters to the Project Managers and Bid Managers in the Capability dimension who are delivering projects and bids within their delegated client-facing portfolio. They hold delegated responsibility as determined by their Delivery Portfolio Manager for project performance targets, contract acceptance approvals and are consulted in relation to bid/no-bid decisions for opportunities in their area of the portfolio.

The Delivery Portfolio Lead maybe asked to provide client specific mentoring and coaching, as well as functionally manage a team of some deployed resource where it is necessary for Capability staff to be assigned at an account level over long periods.

Frazer-Nash has been working with our client within the naval nuclear industry to support the UK's nuclear submarine fleet for over 20 years. The scope of the framework portfolio is to supply Engineering Services to the UK Submarine Reactor and Novel Nuclear programmes with emphasis on collaboratively delivering ever larger capability driven programmes of work. As one of only three Tier 1 strategic partners for Engineering Services, Frazer-Nash provides submarine nuclear reactor design, analysis, manufacture, assurance and in-service support.

The naval nuclear portfolio calls upon a broad set of technical skills from our Capability Dimension that combine to meet the delivery requirements for the naval nuclear industry. To that end, your application should include your vision as to how to best combine our multi-discipline capability channels into a single coherent delivery stream. Currently approximately 140 staff are supporting delivery into the portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our delivery and contributing to the advancement of key projects across the UK's nuclear landscape.
