This role involves managing the indirect procurement of goods and services. The position is responsible for cost analysis, supplier management, and developing procurement strategies to ensure quality and efficiency.

About the Job
This role involves managing the indirect procurement of goods and services. The position is responsible for cost analysis, supplier management, and developing procurement strategies to ensure quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in defining procurement strategies and activities to mitigate risk together with the stakeholders
- Fulfills strategic inquiring and purchasing activities within time and budget
- Makes sure all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry is available
- Checks purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and if not, reports to the Project Procurement Manager
- Prepares Commercial Bid Tabulation
- Expedites bids
- Conducts all negotiations with vendors
- Prepares the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality
- May serve as technical expert in a Purchasing domain

About You
Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
- Qualification: Technical or Bachelors degree, in business administration, or engineering will be a plus
- Experience: more than 3 years experience in position for EPC project for Oil and Gas Industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Organizational abilities, problem solver, target-orientated, rigorous, respects deadlines
- Languages: Indicate a secondary language and proficiency expected level, only if English is insufficient to perform the job
- Proficiency in supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
