JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

1. Perform preventive maintenance and repair services on the equipment and machines.
2. Evaluates and recommends equipment's improvements for available, capability and yield.
3. Perform equipment's failure analyses (included preventive and unscheduled maintenance)
4. Troubleshooting and diagnoses equipment and machines problems.
5. Prepared technical report to document for the equipment modifications and maintenance procedures.
6. Assembles mechanical parts, fabricated parts, components and / or electrical / electronic system to make subassemblies and complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment's.
7. Fit, aligns, calibrates and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerance and products operating requirements.

Job Requirements

1. Experience in maintenance and repairing of CNC machines.
2. Min 3 years' experience in the function.
3. Experience in Electrical and Mechanical repairs.
4. Min O level with Electrical work certification - NTC will be advantage.
5. Able to work on rotating shift.
