Function description

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to site operations, including document handling, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams.
- Assist in maintaining organized records, preparing reports, and supporting compliance with internal procedures and project timelines.
- Act as a central point of contact for communication between departments, ensuring smooth workflow and timely information exchange.
Requirements
- Fluent German speaker with strong communication skills
- Able to commute daily to Büttel (Monday-Friday)
- Ready to start November 1, 2025
- Open to varied experience levels - we value potential and passion
- Comfortable working in a structured, high-performance environment
