Digital Lead Generation Specialist
NeuAnalytics is looking for a dynamic individual who can enhance our sales efforts, focusing on lead generation and nurturing, as well as CRM management and content creation to support business growth. This person will focus on developing and executing campaigns across digital channels like SEO, social media, content, and email marketing to attract and qualify leads, then nurturing them through the sales funnel. Their responsibilities will include analyzing data to optimize campaigns, managing CRM systems, creating compelling content, collaborating with sales teams, and tracking performance against goals. This will be a high-profile role in our organization working directly with the CEO and Sales executives. What You Will Do:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, content) to generate awareness and drive leads to the website or landing pages.
- Drip Campaign Management
- Develop, implement, and manage drip email marketing campaigns
- Segment and target leads for personalized drip sequences
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for engagement and conversion

- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Research potential leads and developing a pipeline of sales leads. Gather information from pipeline contacts and prioritize leads.
- Content Creation: Develop and execute plans to leverage on-line and digital tools. Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, to attract and inform potential customers.
- Understanding of how to leverage AI to assist with content personalization.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales team and executives to establish continuous dialogue on sales leads.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance data, website traffic, and lead quality to identify trends, optimize strategies, and report on campaign effectiveness. Configure and update CRM with information from lead pipeline and provide reporting.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in Digital Lead Generation.
- Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of market research tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) tools (HubSpot preferred) to manage lead data, track progress, and understand customer segmentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively reach out to prospects, craft compelling messages, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Graphics design experience is a plus.
