Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and controls.
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; recommend cost-effective repair or replacement solutions.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency requests.
- Collaborate with clients to assess needs and provide professional, reliable service.
- Maintain accurate service records including parts, labor, and recommendations.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously strengthen technical expertise.
