JOB DESCRIPTION

Administrative Clerk skills and qualifications:

• Previous experience in a secretarial role

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

• Ability to use word processing applications and document management software with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm

• Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping

• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability

• Ability to prepare stock inventory and process office bills

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send customer invoices per the requirements.
  • Following up on PO's received from customers.
  • Process vendor invoices according to NOV policies.
  • Input data into the (Gold) System.
  • Assisting when closing out monthly revenue and receiving payables.
  • Greet and assist visitors professionally.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
  • Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers, or other equipment necessary.
