THE RESPONSIBILITIES:• Sales Strategy & Leadership• Develop and execute a high-impact enterprise sales strategy for the APAC region.• Build and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team, providing coaching andmentorship.• Establish clear sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics.• Revenue Growth• Drive enterprise-level new business acquisition and expansion within strategic accounts.• Identify, develop, and close large, complex sales opportunities.• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure strong lead generation andcustomer retention strategies.• Regional Market Expansion• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth within APAC.• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key enterprise customers and industrystakeholders.• Represent the company at key regional industry events and conferences.• Operational Excellence• Implement sales processes and best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.• Regularly report on pipeline, forecast accuracy, and market insights to the executive team.• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and contract guidelines.Chamber of Commerce 342.26.397www.expereo.comTHE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field• Minimum 15 years of sales experience in Enterprise or B2B environment, with at least 5 years in aSenior Sales leadership role.• Proven track record of exceeding Enterprise Sales targets and scaling revenue across APAC regions• Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies• Background in telecommunications, technology highly preferred.• Strategic thinker with hands-on approach to execution.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.• Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities.• Self-motivated and results-driven approach.• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.COMPETENCIES:1.
