THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sales Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute a high-impact enterprise sales strategy for the APAC region.
• Build and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team, providing coaching and
mentorship.
• Establish clear sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Revenue Growth
• Drive enterprise-level new business acquisition and expansion within strategic accounts.
• Identify, develop, and close large, complex sales opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure strong lead generation and
customer retention strategies.
• Regional Market Expansion
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth within APAC.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key enterprise customers and industry
stakeholders.
• Represent the company at key regional industry events and conferences.
• Operational Excellence
• Implement sales processes and best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Regularly report on pipeline, forecast accuracy, and market insights to the executive team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and contract guidelines.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 15 years of sales experience in Enterprise or B2B environment, with at least 5 years in a
Senior Sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of exceeding Enterprise Sales targets and scaling revenue across APAC regions
• Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
• Background in telecommunications, technology highly preferred.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on approach to execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
