General description :

Develops and implements people strategy through the execution of HR processes, ensuring effective and sustainable workplace relations, and providing HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the warehousing operations (including transactions, production, picking, loading, and dispatching).
• Maintaining complete and accurate data in the SAP system.
• Analyzes, plans and reacts to MTO (Make to Order) production needs providing 100% inventory requirements for assigned areas by utilizing planning tools.
• Maintains inventory control system striving to reduce inventory levels.
• Reviews and acts on discrepancies due to receiving or PO reports.
• Provides necessary data for inventory system updates.
• Responsible for analizing, in SAP, discrepancies for orders received with accounts payable.
• Coordinates maintenance activities ensuring minimum downtime and lost production.
• Assures correct billing on a daily basis to sister plants.
• Ensures stock accuracy through periodic stock take and/or cycle counting.
• Complete cycle count report weekly, to ensure the inventory on system, and to track the counted locations.
• Enter the cycle data on system and confirm material discrepancies, and request the adjustment on system.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent degree required from a credited institution in PR/US.
• Minimum five years of experience in effective planning required or previous experience in manufacturing a plus.
• PC knowledgeable: SAP, Office (Excel).

• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
