This Position reports to:
Accounting&Reporting Mgr-Gen. Accounting

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will support fixed asset (leasing) activities in alignment with established strategies, policies, and procedures. You will be responsible for managing and analyzing record-to-report data, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role is contributing to the Finance Function in San Luis Potosi for LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting activities, applying appropriate techniques and standards to classify and record financial transactions.
• Conduct quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuation analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) requirements for the General Accounting team, including participation in internal control testing and preparation of supporting documentation.
• Assist with data collection, data entry, and basic financial analysis to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial statements.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in general accounting with a focus on fixed assets.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Advanced English communication skills is a must.
• Experience in leasing is a plus.
• Basic Portuguese communication skills are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
