In an international environment with friendly colleagues you will be a part of a team responsible for Planning, Reporting, Business Partner activities and digitalization activities within the Finance area. We can guarantee you a varied workday where your skillset will be used every day and as a Controller on this position you will act as a business partner to our Business units and functions to improve profitability and cost efficiency. The Controller collaborates within Finance and with Operations teams to provide high quality cost analysis and forecasting support.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Analyze the financial performance of the Swedish Site. Ensure timely submittal of accurate financial data to partners
• Support with corporate requests, financial reviews/bridges etc.
• Manages Ad hoc requests from internal and external customers
• The Controller is responsible for coordinating inventory management, actual reporting, and standard costing processes at the factory level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in cost controlling, financial analysis, or accounting within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in inventory reconciliation, standard costing, and financial reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Proficient in Oracle, Power BI and other financial reporting systems
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
