This Position reports to:
Sales Support Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and complete bids, estimations, and quotations based on customer specifications, requirements, or budget to achieve market competitiveness and high margins for the company. Each day, you will maintain and improve the balance between all ABB units and customers in your area of responsibility. You will also showcase your expertise by collecting and collating the information required to prepare proposals, including both technical and cost elements.
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. You'll be contributing to the ELSB/SP Sales Support Team in Paço de Arcos, Portugal . Main stakeholders are Marketing and Sales Teams.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Formulating competitive bids, estimates, and quotations by considering the best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial aspects for each situation.
- Creating well-documented tenders in a timely manner and with an appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate costs.
- Managing the preparation of technical and financial aspects of the bid, estimate, and quotation, indicating prices and trading conditions.
- Ensuring that inputs for editing activities related to bid, estimate, and quotation preparation are provided in a timely manner and in accordance with the established quality procedures.

Qualifications for the Role
- Formal education in the field of electricity and/or a minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in similar roles
- In-depth knowledge of electrical diagrams and schematics
- Demonstrated experience in the quotation and/or assembly of electrical panels (switchboards)
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Solid user-level computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other common office applications
- Knowledge of CAD and e-design will be appreciated.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
