Establish and manage benefits philosophy, design and strategy for the geographic area of responsibility to ensure that it is in line with corporate and Human Resources (HR) standards. Provide guidance on the benefits standards and ensure compliance with the SLP7 and FP19/EBAR procedures. Ensure that programs are current with regard to trends, practices and costs, and balance that with the need to attract and retain employees. Manage provider and consultant relationships; establish regular meetings, reporting and problem resolution strategies, and ensure that service level agreements are met. Develop communication materials related to benefits coverage, limits and eligibility for employees. Assist the HR community in explaining the plans. Design and review benefits management systems to ensure smooth benefits administration. Develop policies and procedures to support benefits plans. Participate in benefits due diligence during mergers and acquisitions. Provide post acquisition support to new companies. Manage a budget and be responsible for billing and payment process with Finance. Provide training and support to country benefits owner and the HR community on corporate benefits principles and guidelines. Provide expert domain knowledge in responding to questions and queries received through HR InTouch. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
