Efficient Air Service, a fast-growing and highly respected home services company in Riverdale, NJ, is hiring a full-time Lead Generation Specialist who's ready to make an impact.

In this role, you'll plan and execute campaigns that expand our customer base, strengthen our brand, and help attract top talent. You'll analyze performance, refine strategies, and test new ideas to keep our marketing sharp and effective. Every project you touch will connect directly to company growth, giving you the chance to own real results.

What You'll Do

• Develop, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across Google, social media, and email
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to guide improvements
• Collaborate with sales and operations to align messaging and lead generation goals
• Manage website updates, SEO initiatives, and online reputation
• Support recruiting efforts with creative campaigns to attract top talent
• Research industry trends and test new marketing strategies to stay ahead

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital or lead generation
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email campaigns
• Strong writing skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000-$70,000 per year, based on experience + performance incentives
