Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate marine operations for renewable energy projects Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards Manage a team of marine technicians and operators Oversee maintenance and repair of marine equipment Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Marine Supervisor or similar role Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and marine operations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Certification in marine safety and first aid Fluency in English and Polish
