Provide administrative support to HSE staff, including filing, data entry, and report preparation. Maintain accurate and timely HSE records and documentation. Assist in compiling and managing HSE information. Perform HSE-related tasks necessary for the successful operation of the HSE function. Schedule third-party training providers in line with the HSE Training Plan. Support access control requirements for the facility. Assist with event coordination, including organizing supplies and materials. Coordinate the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) process as required. Perform any other duties as directed by the HSE Manager. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (tables and reporting). Strong customer service orientation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Bachelor's degree in any field or a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience (priority given to backgrounds in Customer Service, Administration, or Communications). Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
