We are looking for a motivated Graduate CMMS Analyst to join our Maintenance team at TotalEnergies EP Malaysia. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to support offshore maintenance operations through effective data management, compliance tracking, and system improvement initiatives.

Activities

Your Impact

As a key contributor to the Maintenance team, you will:

• Assist in creating and updating equipment records, maintenance plans, and work orders in SAP PM or equivalent CMMS.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in line with company standards and naming conventions.
• Support HSE compliance by maintaining traceability of Safety & Environmental Critical Elements (SECE).
• Provide basic CMMS guidance and support to offshore and onshore users.
• Help planners monitor backlog and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Generate reports on PM compliance, backlog status, and work order performance.
• Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) and support spare parts cataloguing.
• Participate in CMMS improvement projects and digital maintenance initiatives.

Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SAP PM or other CMMS platforms is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for asset integrity, safety compliance, and digital tools.
