Activities

You will join the TotalEnergies Charging Solutions Belgium team, the subsidiary in charge of electromobility, a true driver of energy transformation within the Company in Belgium. This team leads the deployment of the Company's strategy in the deployment of charging stations in Belgium (all sectors combined). The main sectors of activity are: B2B @work, B2B @home, B2G, EV Hubs, eMSP, EV Truck.

After rapid operational growth, the department is now focusing on structuring its processes and setting up a clear document management platform as well as providing visual intranet websites to communicate its achievements internally.

Your main tasks:

• Collect the needs of each department (list documents, useful links, possibly the need to communicate certain internal messages/news, etc.) available to the various teams of the subsidiary.
• Analyze the functionalities, layout customization, integration functionalities with other Microsoft applications available on SharePoint that could interest the various departments and link this with their needs.
• Propose a SharePoint structure to be validated with management as well as the identification of space managers and governance for their maintenance.
• Set up the SharePoint and propose a structure for the libraries based on models and inspirations that we can provide and the different levels of confidentiality of the documentation.

You will be supported in your mission by the Project, Organization & Methods manager of the department, during regular meetings on the progress of the project. This follow-up allows identifying any obstacles and providing the necessary information to carry out the mission.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate currently pursuing a master's degree or equivalent with a strong affinity for digital solutions and a good knowledge of the Microsoft suite, particularly the document management and intranet website creation module: SharePoint.

• Very good knowledge of Dutch and French and a good knowledge of English
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• A good dose of creativity
• Knowledge of the Microsoft suite (particularly the document management and intranet website creation module: SharePoint).
