In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Planning and supervising project activities (production, procurement, engineering, logistics) to ensure delivery within contractual timelines.
• Developing and sharing project plans with internal functions and with clients.
• Aligning production plans in collaboration with the Shopfloor Supervisor, balancing loads and priorities based on material availability and, when applicable, outsourced suppliers.
• Leading work progress, identifying risks and guiding corrective actions.
• Acting as the main point of contact between the client and the company during execution.
• Collaborating with Sales and Engineering in leading change orders, scope variations, and negotiations with clients to safeguard profitability.
• Controlling inventories, costs, and impacts of delays.
• Preventing and resolving operational and technical issues.
• Giving to the collection of lessons learned and the implementation of consequent corrective actions.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Degree in engineering
• 3-5 years of proven experience in an industrial area or similar
• Basic knowledge of technical drawing
• Fluency in Italian
• Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Mechanical Engineering degree
• Experience with Oracle ERP
