We are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer who will be supporting sales engineers of systems and flow meters in the region.

In this role your main focus will be in developing relationships with Customers, lead negotiations and offer consultancy on products and solutions. You will also collaborate with their technical services teams, customer support center and design institute in preparation of technical and commercial proposals (quotations) and placing orders.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Ensure the fulfillment of sales plans in the assigned region, while delivering results in conjunction with the sales engineers for systems and flow meters in the region.
• Participate in negotiations and support the Customer in the choice of products and solutions for flow measurement, explaining the technological and other advantages of the products being sold
• Ensure interaction with the technical services of the Customer and design institutes to influence the technical policy of the Customer
• Liaise with Emerson manufacturing facilities on equipment lead times, customer specific requirements, etc.
• Identify any opportunities for the sale of additional products and services and their timely escalation to sales engineers of systems and flow meters in the region
• Handle inquiries for technical commercial proposals from sales team members for equipment and flow gauges in the area, along with other departmental sales personnel.

You build strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions and know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Higher engineering education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• English at a level not lower than Upper Intermediate.
• Ability to work in a complex matrix organization.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Process structuring skills and deep professional understanding of sales & supply chain processes is strongly preferred.
• Experience in working as inside sales or technical support engineer in a matrix organization is preferred.
• Proven experience in effective work optimization is ideal.
