Pursue exciting career paths in tech, architecture, or management. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will: Manage software development projects in an Agile environment. Collaborate with a globally distributed project team of approximately 50 engineers. Drive decision-making and project plans to deliver results. Develop project plans and requirements in collaboration with the marketing department. Organize and track work assignments throughout the product development lifecycle. Ensure strong communication within the team and with external stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks. Coordinate relevant activities with test and documentation managers. Report on project status to management and other groups. Manage continuation activities to support existing customers. Participate in compliance audits (e.g., QA, ISO, customer audits) and continuous improvement activities. Enforce adherence to development processes, standards, and best practices. Collaborate with the Reliability Solutions management team to achieve departmental goals. Stay informed about the competitive landscape, including key features of competitor products. Who You Are: To excel in this role, you'll need to be an attentive, clear-thinking, and proactive problem-solver who is connected with the team, enjoys being hands-on, and can adeptly resolve conflicts. For This Role, You Will Need: 7+ years of professional complex engineering product development experience with an advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering. 5+ years of professional experience in Product/Project management/Systems Engineering, preferably in Agile culture Practical understanding of Agile frameworks including SAFe and software development lifecycle Technical Expertise: A strong background in full-cycle software development and maintenance within a product-centric environment. Solid understanding of contemporary software technologies, tools, and methodologies. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Polish (C1+ level proficiency) to effectively convey complex ideas and vision. Ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations to subordinates and superiors.
