As Manufacturing Engineer - Tools Designer you will work with Manufacturing and Shop teams to properly modify existing tools or design new ones. You will work closely with Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure designs are implemented in a timely manner and meet functional and quality requirements.

As Manufacturing Engineer - Tools Designer you will work with Manufacturing and Shop teams to properly modify existing tools or design new ones. You will work closely with Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure designs are implemented in a timely manner and meet functional and quality requirements.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Project new tools
- Review existing tooling and establish baseline capability / determination of repair vs new design scope
- Work closely with manufacturing and shop team to ensure designs are implemented in a timely manner and meet functional and quality requirements
- Manage suppliers in terms of RFQ technical specs, PO issue, delivery monitoring
Qualifications/Requirements
- Master's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge in reading and interpretation of mechanical drawing.
- Previous experience in mechanical 3D CAD design of complex part and assy using CAD tools like Inventor and Siemens NX
- Previous experience in reading and interpretation of aviation engine technical documentation
- Previous experience in tooling and fixture design
- Fluent Italian and English
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Desired Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions using structured methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), five-why, , etc.
- Communicate effectively with operators, peers, and management, in both written and oral manners
