Are you detail-oriented, structured, and passionate about supporting quality, health, safety, and environmental processes? We are looking for a motivated professional to assist in managing systems, document control, and GDPR compliance. If you have experience in maintaining registers, working with ISO standards, and supporting internal audits, we'd love to hear from you!

Function description

• Support the development and maintenance of the QHSE management system, including tracking actions from audits, incidents, and reviews.
• Maintain various QHSE registers such as legal compliance, RIE, lessons learned, supplier evaluations, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage document control processes including formatting, versioning, archiving, and disposal of internal and external documents.
• Administer SharePoint structure and access rights for QHSE documentation.
• Monitor GDPR compliance and support data protection awareness across the organization.
• Act as point of contact for data protection inquiries and communication with authorities.
• Assist with general QHSE administration including reporting, software upkeep, tender support, and internal campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in document control, management systems, and QHSE-related software.
• Education in a management-related field (HBO or higher).
• Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001), GDPR, and ARBO regulations.
• Experience maintaining registers and tracking actions from audits, incidents, and reviews.
• Skilled in document control processes, including versioning, archiving, and SharePoint management.
• Ability to prepare HSE reports and support tender documentation.
• Structured, detail-oriented working style with the ability to work independently and handle ad hoc tasks.
• The ideal candidate must live within commuting distance of Nieuw-Vennep, Netherlands
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid Dutch work/residency permit
