We are looking for a ROV Superintendent to join our Onshore ROV team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operations of our Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs), working closely with experts across the business to drive success.

You will be collaborating with offshore teams, project management, sales/tender teams, client and external vendors related to ROV operations. This positions reports to the Remote Systems Manager.

- Overseeing the technical aspects of ROV operations
- Conduct inspections and audits
- Managing maintenance and repair of ROV equipment
- Managing daily communication with offshore ROV Supervisors
- Support projects though purchasing, technical engineering and coordination
You will also take ownership of:
- Project management within the internal ROV department
- Monitoring and reporting failures, procedures and system status as well as breakdown statistics.
We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills. You will be collaborating with offshore teams, project management, sales/tender teams, client and external vendors related to ROV operations. Ability to commuicate effectively and building relationships is essential.

Requirements
- Relevant education within Technical Engineering or a similar field is an advantage (Training program can compensate for lack of experience.
- Minimum 5 years offshore experience
- Strong technical knowledge of ROV systems, equipment and tooling
- Experience with project management and handling budgets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge in English, verbally and in writing
