Function description

We are looking for a proactive Finance Medewerker to support the financial operations of our client's organization. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes, contribute to compliance with local regulations, and help maintain the company's financial health.

• Key Responsibilities
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoices, monitor payments, and handle overdue account follow-ups.
• Bank Reconciliations: Perform reconciliations and address any discrepancies.
• Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee payments.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial processes.

Requirements

Requirment

• Education MBO degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance administration roles.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) but preferably also native in Dutch.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
