Key Responsibilities
Service Leadership
- Lead and develop a dynamic offshore service team to effectively support regional customers.
- Implement strategic service objectives aligned with NOV's global aftermarket vision.
- Participate in shaping industry best practices and NOV's global aftermarket strategy.
- Foster a strong customer-focused culture and drive satisfaction initiatives.
- Oversee financial management including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
- Align service capabilities with current and future market demands.
- Promote personnel development, training, and structured succession planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to support business growth.
- Monitor market competition and identify opportunities with key clients.
- Maintain proactive communication with leadership on opportunities and risks.
Planning - Productivity - Scheduling
- Evaluate outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Accurately scope project requirements and manage service execution.
- Analyze data to optimize resource utilization and efficiency.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to improve service delivery.
- Drive operational innovation through technical solutions and digital tools.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
- Additional qualifications in business management are desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in junior-to-middle management, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of NOV Rig Equipment product lines and services.
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, or automation disciplines is beneficial.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
- Knowledge of technical documentation and engineering drawings.
- Experience with ERP systems and project management practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
