PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing outbound shipments, including preparation of shipping documents in ERP
- Verify customer is ready for delivery by communicating with the customer prior to shipment
- Maintaining and communicating the shipping schedule and adjusting for customer needs
- Maintains accurate inventory of tanks finished accessory products and advise Purchasing Supervisor of any special items to be ordered to meet customer needs
- Interacts with customers, outside sales, inside sales, sales management, engineering, and manufacturing personnel to accomplish duties
- Supervises employees engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment
- Process completed shipments in the ERP system
- Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures
- Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
- Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three years of verifiable work experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to type, handle, or feel objects, tools or control; talk or hear
- Shift or overtime work may be required
- Standing and walking 6 to 8 hours daily
- Bending/Stooping 6 to 8 hours daily
- Lifting (weights up to 50 lbs.) regularly
- Travel less than 10%
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to use ERP system
- Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
PAY RANGE
- $ 30.00 - $32.00 per hour
