JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Responsibilities:
Travel to Customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test calibrate, upgrade, repair, refurbish ARM/NOV Equipment /products.
Interface with relevant depts. to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated, tested and calibrated.
Perform field upgrades of software and Electrical hardware using correct and current software and hardware control protocols.
Prepare Service Report and ARM/NOV document(s) /procedure(s) at the end of the job and summarize the job performed details to the customer.
Train customers on the safe and proper operation of these products.
Investigate reported Equipment /product Problems /NCRs and initiate corrective action.
Conduct field operational analysis and surveys creating reports recommending approvements and optimisation of existing and future equipment /products.
Provide Information, reports, feedback, redline drawings to both customers and ARM / NOV appropriate departments so that correct records of all actions are understood and maintained.
Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner.
Participate in NCR investigations.
Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
Good relationship with Client, Supplier & ARM/NOV global team members
Comply with all ARM/NOV company QA and HSE policies and procedures.
Education/Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years' experience.
