At ABB, we're looking for a passionate new Local Division Manager for Energy Industries in Finland - someone who thrives on challenge, innovation, and cross-country collaboration. In this role you will be leading and inspiring a talented team by fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and collaboration. As the Local Division Manager, you will also promote ABB's values and ensure that diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities remain at the heart of our business. You will have full profit and loss responsibility for accelerating the growth and success of our Service and Solution business in Finland. This will include developing and executing growth strategies to expand our market presence to deliver strong financial results as well as ensuring alignment between the Hub strategy and priorities with the Local Division strategy and focus.

The work model for this role is: #Li-Hybrid with Vaasa as the preferred location. Other ABB Finland locations can be considered depending on the candidate.

You will mainly be accountable for:
• Championing exceptional customer experiences and long-term partnerships with key stakeholders
• Leading the development of impactful, sustainable solutions that address energy challenges and contribute to a resilient, future-ready energy ecosystem
• Driving productivity, delivering performance, and cost optimization in all parts of the organization
• Ensuring achievement of established operational and financial targets through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed, in accordance with the Local Division strategy
• Actively contributing to the strengthening of collaboration across the Hub, e.g.: through strategic partnerships, cross-functional initiatives, and knowledge exchange

Qualifications for the Role

• Relevant higher education and extensive (10+ years) relevant industry experience
• Experienced in delivering exceptional customer outcomes and leading complex projects
• Demonstrated success in driving business transformation with a strategic mind and energetic leadership style
• Passion for developing people, teams and our committed to fostering an inclusive environment
• Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to manage stakeholders and foster collaboration: cross-country teamwork is essential in this role
• Ability to challenge the status quo, see opportunities, and lead by example
• Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities, both internally and externally; fluent in English and strong proficiency in Finnish
• Experience in successfully managing profit and loss is considered an advantage
