Years of Experience
- Organize the maintenance and storage of all documentation related to the production activities of the Metrology Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducts activities to revision and systematize documents on certification and metrology.
- Manage archival work for controlled documentation and file verification.
- Manage and update audited files
- Coordinate document control activities, including document distribution, tracking and reporting of documents.
- Maintain and keep control records to ensure completeness and accuracy of data.
- Work independently to facilitate team activities.
- Provide assistance to implement, manage and administer the department's electronic document management system.
- Collaborate with appropriate technical experts when preparing controlled documents.
- Archive files, perform data cleanup, and edit files as needed.
- Preparation of timesheets, work schedule, annual leave schedule for Department personnel, including all HR MEMOs. Record and control overworked hours of department.
- Conscientiously execute (carry out) written and verbal orders (instructions) of the manager that do not contradict the legislation of Turkmenistan.
- Design and charting of various activity processes under the guidance of the line manager.
- Checking and adjusting documents for compliance with document format and system problems.
Education
Qualification Requirements:
- Primary vocational education. Higher education is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant documentation / administrative work.
- Intermediate oral and written English skills.
- Ability to use multiple word processing and programs, including MS Office (Word, Excel, power point, Access, etc.), as well as Adobe Acrobat and other programs
