Our Accounts Coordinator is responsible for:

• Establishing and maintaining good/adequate working relationships with customers, suppliers, and sales representatives
• Coordinating processes and communication with internal support groups to ensure fulfillment of customer needs
• Keeping customers informed of the dates major account service work will be performed for their respective account(s)
• Following up with customers on incomplete service requests and updating customer portal system, as needed
• Working with other service team members to assist in coordinating and organizing the schedule of major account service work to be performed
• Verifying monthly work orders and follow up with Product Support Managers to confirm all jobs will be completed as assigned
• Invoicing major account work orders within 48 hours of job completion
• Maintaining information accuracy of major account customer equipment in service management system by means of performing this duty while invoicing
• Providing reports monthly of major account revenue production and service metrics details
• Responding to all RFQ's from major accounts with pricing and bid submittal
• Updating Contracted units on contract and keeping contract billing notes updated

Requirements

• Conforms with the core values of BPS
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years of age
• 2 years prior customer service experience desired
• Basic knowledge of the workings of gaseous and diesel engines or willingness and ability to train and enhance knowledge of generators
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic math skills
• Able to work well unsupervised; able to work independently
• Able to work flexible hours including occasional overtime
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task required
• Computer skills to include MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); data entry
• Resourceful; able to use Internet search engines and Social Media sites
• Must represent the company in a positive manner at all times
• Must be able to pass background check and periodic drug screens
