We are seeking a seasoned growth professional to own our marketing and lead generation efforts end-to-end. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will design and execute campaigns, build outbound prospecting programs, and sit on our leadership team to shape the company's growth strategy.
You will be our first dedicated marketing/growth hire - a builder who can combine digital marketing expertise with business development outreach to generate a steady stream of qualified opportunities for our sales efforts.

Overview of Responsibilities
Growth Strategy
• Design and execute our growth strategy: Build and run a cohesive plan that combines inbound marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting to generate new leads.
• Measure, analyze, and optimize: Use analytics tools to report on results, improve conversion rates, and continuously refine approach.
• Collaborate as a member of the leadership team: Provide insight into market trends, customer behavior, and pipeline health to help guide company strategy.
Inbound Lead Generation
• Work with our Visionary to develop brand voice
• Manage marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, LinkedIn, SEO, paid ads, social) to generate inbound leads.
• Manage all inbound leads; remaining involved from end-to-end
Outbound Prospecting
• Personally identify, research, and engage new prospects through LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach.
• Attend networking and trade events to nurture relationships
Marketing and Business Development Process
• Develop and maintain marketing and business development processes to ensure consistent results
Website and Marketing Materials
• Maintain our website and ensure brand consistency across all digital assets
• Develop and maintain other marketing collateral
Sales Support
• Qualify and nurture leads, ensuring strong fit before setting an appointment for sales team
• Schedule and manage sales appointment pipeline
• Support sales team on development of sales presentations
• Track sales results; optimize marketing and business development strategy to increase help increase sales
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA or similar) a plus but not required.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered.
Experience
• 5-10 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, and/or business development in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of building inbound and outbound lead generation programs from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pardot, etc.).
• Comfortable owning both strategy and execution - you can design campaigns and personally execute them.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally with sales and leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset - thrives in a small, growing business and can operate independently.
• Strong network and existing relationships in the manufacturing industry (preferred, but highly valued).
Salary
• Full time, Hybrid position
• $135-160K per annum with ability earn more
